I am an-almost 23 year old woman who has tried every non-healthy way of losing weight. I have struggled with my body image since I first became a teenager, & although I walk with confidence, I still torture myself privately in the mirror at least once a week.
I am determined, this time, to do things differently. I am watching what I eat & making sure it is the amount my body needs. I joined a gym & have dedicated myself to working out.
This blog is going to be one of several tools I am using to stay healthy, fit, and most importantly:
