I didn’t post yesterday, but since I’m maximizing my time at the gym for the next few weeks, I was very busy!
[My] Boot camp is more or less simply taking advantage of my time & the classes offered at my gym.
Day One: [ Yesterday ]
- 8:30a-9:30a : Zumba
- 9:30a - 10:30a: Spin
- Awesome benefits: I got to pretty much eat as much as I wanted because by 10:30 I had over 1100 calories of exercise under my belt, combined with a minimum of 1200 net calories I make myself eat daily.
Day Two [Today]:
- 8:30a-9:30a: “Fit Pump” [Calisthenics… dead lifts, push ups, abs, squats, resistance strength work outs]
- 9:30a-10:30a: Spin
- I’m probably going to do bursts of Jumping Jacks [found a great challenge] or a mini video as well.
- There is a dessert party tonight at a friend’s house… homemade ice cream is the main dish… grr. I will be allowing myself to have a scoop.
