It’s a free workout app. You can go through and click from many different choices such as Get Lean (high interval cardio drills to slim down), get toned (light weights and intervals to add definition), get strong (increased weights and reps to build strength), and get focused (15-minute workouts to target specific areas). You can track your progress and get rewards for doing good. :) So go and grab it! It’d be perfect for times when you’re traveling and the hotel may not have a great fitness center, or if you don’t have exercise equipment at home!
There is no excuse to not workout.
