I do Zumba Monday, Wednesday, Friday [or at least 2x a week]. Starting Spin class on alternate days! Amazing workout!

Zumba has become one of my favorite ways to burn calories!
I absolutely feel ridiculous [in a good way] while doing it but it’s such high level, intense cardio that you’re burning an incredible amount of calories. I’m definitely not a dancer [although I love to dance], but this is just so much fun to do!
I estimate that at my height, weight, age, & sex I’m burning approximately 500 calories per hour. I need to buy a heart rate monitor, but the instructor told me that it’s rare that anyone burns less than that. So if anything I’m probably burning more!
I have classes Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays in the evening & knocks a full day of calorie burning out in just one hour!
