Any tips for a tumblr newbie? Any people you would suggest I follow?

Hey Kate! I’m sorry it took long to get back to you. I don’t usually blog on the weekends! Tumblr took me a few days to get use to, but honestly it’s pretty great. So many of my posts end up flashing in my head as I’m at the gym so it does end up providing great motivation.
I’d still love to share tips and experiences. As a matter of fact, shortly I’m going to go to your blog & put something in your ask :)

If you have an iTouch, iPhone, or iPad go right now and download Nike Training Club. It’s a free workout app. You can go through and click from many different choices such as Get Lean (high interval cardio drills to slim down), get toned (light weights and intervals to add definition), get strong (increased weights and reps to build strength), and get focused (15-minute workouts to target specific areas). You can track your progress and get rewards for doing good. :) So go and grab it! It’d be perfect for times when you’re traveling and the hotel may not have a great fitness center, or if you don’t have exercise equipment at home!
There is no excuse to not workout.
