Boot Camp Days 1 & 2
I didn’t post yesterday, but since I’m maximizing my time at the gym for the next few weeks, I was very busy!
[My] Boot camp is more or less simply taking advantage of my time & the classes offered at my gym.
Day One: [ Yesterday ]
8:30a-9:30a : Zumba
9:30a - 10:30a: Spin
Awesome benefits: I got to pretty much eat as much as I wanted because by 10:30 I had over 1100...
